The community that we call the church is one of God’s greatest gifts. Through life’s ups and downs, we celebrate and grieve alongside one another. By the truth of God’s Word and the power of His Spirit, we lift each other up so that we have the strength to run this race to the end.

If you are struggling and seeking truth, we want to point you to the grace and hope that is found in Jesus. If you are already a follower of Christ, we want to be a place of genuine worship and community while inspiring each other to bring the light of Christ to your friends, family, and neighbours.

May the Lord bless you and keep you,

Pastor Marshall

Who is Jesus?

In John 14:6 Jesus identifies himself as “the way, the truth and the life.” Jesus showed us the way to live a life pleasing to God but because we are unable to do this ourselves, he became the way through his death and resurrection. He is truthful in what he taught, but more than that he is the embodiment of God’s truth. Finally, it is only through faith in his person and his work we can obtain the free gift of eternal life.

Throughout history, many people have fallen into the trap of trying to earn God’s favour through devoutness and good living. However, because God is perfect, His standard is nothing less than perfection. Our hope rests in the fact that “since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). Faith in Christ is the only way we can be saved and reconciled to God. If you have questions about what this means, reach out to us and we would love to speak to you.

What is Baptism?

Baptism is an outward expression of our repentance and new life in Christ. “We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4). The call to baptism is universal for all who have put their faith in Christ. We believe that baptism serves as a formal introduction into the family of God and membership of the Church. If you are interested in taking this step of obedience you can reach out to our pastoral staff.
